Mediation services
Conflict is exhausting — especially when it drags on because no one feels truly heard. I offer a neutral, structured space where everyone involved can speak, be understood, and work toward an agreement that actually holds up — without the cost, time, or stress of going to court.
Who I Work With:
Family Disputes — Divorce, inheritance disagreements, elder care decisions, and other family conflicts that need a calm, neutral space.
Neighbors & Community — Disputes between neighbors or within shared housing/community situations.
Workplace & Business — Conflicts between business partners, colleagues, or within small teams.
Where I Work:
In person in Berlin and surrounding areas, or online via video call.
Format:
Single sessions, booked as needed — no long-term package required. Sessions run 1.5 hours, with additional sessions available if more time is needed to reach agreement.
The Process:
1. Initial Consult — A short conversation to understand the conflict and confirm mediation is the right fit.
2. Mediation Session — A structured, neutral space where each person shares their perspective and needs.
3. Finding Common Ground — I help surface the real issues underneath the conflict, not just the surface complaints.
4. Agreement — We work toward a resolution everyone can actually commit to

Philosophy
We live at a pace that leaves little room to resolve things properly — conversations get rushed, tensions get buried instead of worked through, and conflict quietly piles up like everything else we never have time to deal with.
I believe resolving conflict isn't just about keeping the peace. It's about clearing the emotional clutter that's taking up space and energy you could be using for something better.
That's why I offer both mediation and organizing — two different kinds of clutter, one goal: making room for what's next.
